Very Berry Smoothie (yields 2 servings):
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of frozen mixed berries (Dole Brand can be found at Kroger, Walmart, etc.)
- 1/2 cup of frozen mango chunks (Dole Brand can be found at Kroger, Walmart, etc.)
- 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen pineapple chunks (Frozen Dole Brand can be found at Kroger, Walmart, etc.)
- 1 tbsp of ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 tbsp of ground flax seeds or chia seeds (optional)
Green Machine Smoothie (yields 2 servings):
- 1 cup of water and/or almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1 handful of spinach or kale
- 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen pineapples
- 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen mangos
- 1 small green apple
- 1 half of a sliced cucumber
- 1 tbsp of cinnamon
- 1 tsp of turmeric
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
