If you're trying to lose weight, rid your body of toxins, better hydrate yourself, or you just need a different flavor for your water, detox water is definitely a must in your daily regimen. Some benefits include:

- Helps promote weight loss.
- Keeps you and your organs hydrated. (Duh! It's water!)
There are countless recipes to infuse your water and each one has its own significant taste, so you can easily find one or two or three that just might work for you! If none listed below sound appeasing, just a quick Pinterest or Google search will help you find exactly what you're looking for! Here are 3 of my favorites:
1. Cucumber, Lime, & Mint

1. Cucumber, Lime, & Mint
- 1 liter of filtered or alkaline water
- 1 half of a cucumber
- 1/2 cup of fresh mint
- 3 slices of lime (I don't want my water to taste too "limey".)
- 1 handful of ice or refrigerate overnight

2. Strawberry, Lime & Mint
- 1 liter of filtered or alkaline water
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 1 sliced lime
- 1/2 cup of fresh mint
- 1 handful of ice or refrigerate overnight
3. Apple & Cinnamon
- 1 liter of filtered or alkaline water
